THE FUN

We can't wait to finally have 4 days together! To build relationship with each other, to UNITE together and with God through preaches, seminars, worship and tonnes of fun, we're talking outdoor activities, after-hours fun and a lot of laughs!

THE DETAIL

A non-refundable deposit of £25 is required to secure a place for the young person before Wednesday 22nd December
Then £130 (remainder) will be required by 31st of January.  A deposit can be made through the booking form below.

Please note that if Youth Camp has to be cancelled due to COVID-19 restrictions, a full refund will be given.

DETAILS

We will be departing from KingsGate on Sunday 13th February at 1pm via coach and minibus - therefore please come and sign in in the Youth Room at 12.30pm.

We will be arriving back at KingsGate on Wednesday 16th February at 3pm - please do be ready to pick up your young person at this time. 

Youth Camp Kit List

  • Packed Lunch (for Sunday)
  • Clothes (suitable for outdoor February weather)
  • Toiletries
  • Face Mask (accessible for the coach/minibus
  • A Lateral Flow kit containing at least 7 tests
  • Trainers x2 (for instructed activities)
  • Coat
  • Towel
  • Torch
  • Bible & Notepad
  • Tuck Shop money
  • Reusable waterbottle
  • Strong bin liners x3 (for wet/dirty clothes)

Please don't bring pen knives, matches or lighters. We recommend that you don't bring valuables as we cannot be responsible for loss or damage.

Youth Camp Agreement

Before you join us at Youth Camp please follow the link and read carefully the points in the agreement, here you are agreeing to abide by our rules to make Youth Camp 2022 the best experience for everyone! 

This should have now been sent for you to read through with your parent and submitting the form back to us! 

 

COVID SAFETY

Each young person must take a lateral flow test the night before youth camp and alert us if it is positive and therefore your young person cannot attend Youth Camp.

If they are in a house where someone else currently has COVID or symptoms, a lateral flow test needs to be taken the day of Youth Camp before  you arrive at Church.

Once at youth camp we will be all testing using a lateral flow test on the Tuesday morning, if no one is positive and no one has symptoms, we will not need to test again. However if someone is positive or has symptoms we will need to test more regularly throughout the rest of the stay. Therefore please ensure your young person has at least 4 tests with them.

If your child tests positive or has symptoms, we will be asking you or a trusted friend to make arrangements for their collection.

Please ensure your young person has a mask with them for in the coach/minibus.
