There is no doubt that at the centre of the gospel of Jesus Christ is a mandate to love and care for everyone that comes into contact with us at all or of our Centres, all of our services, all of activities in all of our locations. That responsibility clearly extends to those who would be considered more vulnerable in the community and so we readily recognise that we share a commitment to the safeguarding of both children and adults with additional care and support needs. We want to do all we can to ensure their well-being and help prevent any form of abuse and to properly record and report any abuse that we discover or suspect.
It is our desire that we provide a safe environment in which children or adults with additional care and support needs can develop physically, intellectually and spiritually.
To that end staff and volunteers are trained and committed to work together building an environment and culture that is safe.
