conference coordinator

Thank you so much for considering the post of Conference Coordinator.

This is an opportunity for you to work as part of the Conferencing Team providing excellent administrative support and assisting the Business and Facilities Manager in the oversight of the day to day running of conference events.

On a day to day basis you will report directly to Nigel De Soyza, Business and Facilities Manager. To be successful you will have excellent administrative and organisational skills and be a good communicator. All staff are friendly, enthusiastic people who love being part of the vision here at KingsGate Community.

1st Interviews will take place on Tuesday 14 November 2017. As part of this process you will be tested on your administrative and computer skills. You will also be asked to complete some online tests prior to the interview

2nd interviews will take place on Thursday 23 November 2017.
